This has to be the easiest recipe ever. Not only do these pancakes have only 3 ingredients, they are free from processed sugars, wheat, gluten and dairy.
They are also super simple to prepare and quick to cook.
Makes about 5 small pancakes.
What you need:
1 ripe banana
Additional add ins: Fruit, chia seeds, butter, honey, maple syrup
Whisk the two eggs in a small bowl.
Mash banana and add in to the eggs, mix all together.
Heat up a skillet and add a small amount of coconut oil (medium heat).
Spoon out a small amount of the mixture, cook for roughly 30 seconds and flip.
Serve and enjoy.
