From time to time we can find ourselves indulging a bit more than usual (over the holidays or while travelling typically!) and that’s okay! Often we eat foods that might be deemed “healthy” and instead leave us feeling fatigued and bloated. I have developed these 5, 7 and 10 day resets to help get you back on track.
When I was going through my trial and error with my own diet, I eliminated certain foods that research has deemed “inflammatory foods”. It was from this elimination I was able to figure out which foods provided me with good energy and which foods stripped me of energy, bloated me and fogged my mind.
I used to drink too much coffee and when I started to ease off through a reset, I noticed that I wasn’t as anxious and I didn’t have the oh too often crash and burn from caffeine. I realized that I didn’t need that third cup of coffee and instead the whole foods I was eating provided me with the energy I needed.
These 5, 7 & 10-day resets focus on real foods (no juicing!) and will quickly get you back on track and feeling great.
These detox resets are not “diets” and you will certainly not be starving yourself!
