About a month ago I started getting into this really bad habit of having coffee first thing in the morning, like as soon as I got out of bed. I woke up totally blurry eyed, walked downstairs, turned on the kettle and made myself a 2 shot Nespresso. Now I LOVE coffee and really enjoy a couple cups a day but I was getting a constant headache from having it first thing in the morning. It was just too much and I knew I had to make a change.
Introducing… lemon plus salt water.
There are already a ton of benefits in drinking warm lemon water, but this is just a whole new level!
