If you can get the spices and herbs right you get a lot of the similar tastes that most pasta dishes have, without the carbs and the sluggishness that follows. I recently got a new product that is similar to a spiralizer, but MUCH smaller. It was so easy to use, I definitely recommend getting one of these! You can also use a vegetable peeler for this.
What you need:
2 zucchinis (courgettes)
Teaspoon of Chili spice
Tablespoon of Tamari sauce
Top with fresh basil
Spiralize (can use a vegetable peeler as well) the zucchinis
Mix together the rest of the ingredients for the dressing and chill (if you do not like spice, limit the chili)
Top with basil and almonds or cashews
Easy peesy and you can make a double batch for the next day!
