This trail mix has just three ingredients, all of which are super foods! This is great to keep at work or in the cupboard for a quick snack.
What you need:
Almonds: Provide healthy fats, aid in weight loss, help provide good bran function
Goji Berries: Contain natural anti inflammatory and help boost immune system. Goji berries also contain the highest concentration of protein of any fruit, AND they contain 15X more iron than Spinach. WOAH.
Cocoa Nibs: Chocolate without the sugar (how I see it) Cocoa nibs have no additional dairy or sugar and are made by coarsely grinding natural cocoa beans. They are a great addition to trail mix, oatmeal and smoothies.

Brings about a feeling of well being and vitality (much like chocolate)
